Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You'll need your order number to start the process.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs (these are non-refundable)
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Spritz happens! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@yeahkinda.com so we can make it right. Include photos of the issue if possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement. This helps us process everything more quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
Bank processing times vary, so it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the United States, shipping may take longer than domestic orders. International customers may be responsible for duties and customs fees depending on local regulations.
